"QuaverMusic.com is an honest, fair, and family-oriented company to work for. Located on Music Row, the company creates a digital cloud-based curriculum for music teachers and does everything completely in-house, from sales to marketing to coding and animation. Because the company is growing so quickly, if you work there for a year or two you will most likely be promoted to a higher role or to manage you own small team. I was promoted twice in almost two years. My manager was great. He was very clear with the outcomes that he wanted from our projects as well as good at giving advice and positive feedback. Many people here have families of their own, so the company is flexible if you need to leave early to pick your kid up from school or take them to the doctor. The owner of the company also knows every single employee by name and is very interested in helping everyone grow with the company. He and his wife throw big parties every year to allow everyone and their families to mingle and feel appreciated. I will say that the one drawback of such a relaxed and friendly company culture is that the pay isn't as competitive as other tech companies. But what you will get in exchange for a lower salary is the opportunity to climb the ladder through the company rather quickly if you stick around for a few years."
