"I've worked for Quantificare for almost 9 years in the US office and during the merger with Sophia France. The company is great, the people are nice. Only problem is the salary is way too low, no incentives for growth, or raises and benefits, no 401 K plan in place for the US people. France has 100 % benefits but the US does not. Employees can be at the company for 10 years and not receive a a cost of living raise. Many love the company and the technology but more due to the salary and benefit issues. All decisions are made out of the French office They also tend to hire employees with no background experience in the field and train them for low wages, which causes issues with the director who has to present to the industry or sell to the hospitals. Overall the company is nice, it is like a family and we all stay in touch. The company needs to move forward and have more support from the French office."
