"(1) salary is too low, somewhat about 25% of market rate. (2) I.T. support still need to deal with politic. (3) fixed working hour for anyone.(4) need to pass through security check when going out of a building(5) no free drinks(6) mostly need to share cubical(7) people will score you if anything happen that is related to you(8) high stress(9) sometime requires O.T.on Sat and Sun(10) The bosses expect employers to work every second without relaxing(11) employers are not being respected"
