"If you want to have a life outside of work don't bother working here. Long, extended shifts are a constant. Most people you work with are decent but unhappy most of the time due to the long shifts. The long hours are because the plants are often under staffed, poorly managed and they take on more work than they are capable of producing in a standard 8 hour shift or 40 hour work week. Like day shift, night shifts work more than four, 10 hour shifts. Corporate headquarters and plant management don't seem to get people to have lives outside of the factories they want to live."
"I worked for Mikron Industries for a little more than four years. The organization was fast pace and the key members of the leadership team worked in a collaborative fashion. The President was not a micro-manager, but expected his team to work together and handle the day to day business requirements. The entire team was allowed to try new things and embrace change. There has a lot of team building and respect in the organization. High level of ethical behavior was required throughout."
"No chance for moving up with a messed up pay scale. People are on different scales and being paid unfairly."
