"I've worked with Quandis since 2017. The company is a small, handful of people with their hearts in the right place. They have some talented people that care about what they do. I was given a lot of atonomy, which allowed me to grow quickly and unhindered. This atonomy however tends towards a lack of leadership and structure, and everyone pays for it often. The leadership's strategic initiatives are a bit questionable, especially in light of the long term longevity of the company. Quandis strategically shifts hard and all too often, just to get the next gig in order to make ends meet, as opposed to building lasting product value. On the other hand, the company is filled with genuine, family oriented people that work hard, and it has been a pleasure getting to know and work with them."
