"I love that my position allows versatility and creativity. I often travel to conduct audits at our other sites, which I enjoy. What I find challenging (not hate) is the culture at the facility where I work. Probably 60% or more of mfg personnel do not speak English, which my job is made that much more difficult trying to instill Quality Concepts and Continuous Improvement. My style of communication is to speak directly with the rank and file workers, which I cannot do. We recently hired an individual in the Quality Dept who speaks the same language in an effort to try and bridge the communication gap."
