"The company did not offer much in the way of benefits. If I recall there was not much vacation time and the benefits were expensive and not the best coverage."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Tighten up with underwriting and fund more quality loans with fewer errors. I was auditing loans from branches and there were unecessary errors due to the volume expected of the underwriter's and therefore there were high delinquencies at some of our branches."
