"This is a good company for learning and testing your mettle. The company is focused on a specific niche - this prevents them from getting bogged down in trying to absorb every new technology that comes down the pike. It also allows developers to be able to get a depth of knowledge of their work that wouldn't be available at other companies. The drawbacks are the amount of travel required and the 24/7/365 always-on mentality. A good work-life balance isn't available. However, if you're driven to give your all to your company this is the perfect place for you."
