"I loved providing assistance and support for the departments and helping them be able to quantify the work that is being done to help see where successes are being made and help shed light on areas of opportunity. The tough part was the lack of resources and manpower to be able to try to keep pace with the amount of requests and projects that were needed. This is an issue that nearly every other department dealt with and any cuts or reductions and were not capriciously or with maliciousness."
