  "I love consulting with providers and helping them understand best practice and where they can improve. Educating and presenting to them materials that will help them to promote best practice. The downside are solo physician practices who do not have the staff to handle the work required of them and mostly stays with the practice management and never gets the staff and most importantly the physician."

Helping them understand the importance of their best practice they are performing in their practices through quality measurement and then empowering them to improve those measures through PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) quality improvement methodology. The challenge to doing it sometimes are those practices who have small staff and one person is receiving the information and not the entire office including the physician."
