"This company is lucky to have dedicated and friendly employees. They are the best part of working for this organization."

"Do not apply if you cannot handle physical and mental exhaustion."
What don't you like about working at Crescent Park?
"This facility is unsafe. Employees are mistreated and undervalued by management. Shifts changed constantly and were not guaranteed. Many weekends were manadatory with little or no notice. While I was a Quality Control Inspector, I had many more responsibilities above and beyond my job description. All responsibility for any plant deviations are blamed primarily on QC."

"Improving safety and morale will increase your productivity. Value your assets."
