"It was a good place to work but they had to lay off employees quite often. I would say it's up and down."

"It was close to home and you could try bidding on other jobs, so you had a chance to experience many different aspects of how a plant works."

"They made headlights for American cars, so there were many layoffs in between getting another contract signed."

"I feel they did the best they could. It was the economy and the fact that not as many people were buying American cars."

"They've been downsizing for the last two years so I don't know if they are even hiring. Anyway, if they are, make sure you know what you're getting into."

"Beware they only want to use you for 3 years and throw you off a cliff. I've been told this by people that work there and the Bosses are told to do this by their advisors."

"Upper management needs to treat people with respect. They are ruthless."

"Respect, respect and don't think your're special. Don't pay your shop workers where they can't barely pay their living expenses, while you live like a TSAR, King, or an Emperor."
