"Satisfying: Reporting strange corner case bugs where reproduction has eluded the devs for a lengthy period of time. Running test suites on fresh features. Ownership of your workflow, reasonable level of accountability means overall work quality was high.Unsatisfying: Running the same test suite an umpteenth time for an insignificant x.x.x.x release. Working with terrible test suite tools (from 2011- they may have changed from using the godawful techexcel devsuite by now - one can only hope.)"
