"This company has its ups and downs, but be wary. The employees are wonderful. Manufacturing workers are very hard working, technically adept and strong work force. The engineering and administrative/purchasing staff are some of the best and brightest I've ever worked with. The problem lies in management. This is an incorporated, yet family-owned, operation struggling to evolve into a mid-size corporation. Micromanagement is a severe problem. Training is non-existent. There is a problem with conflicting interests and directives within the management chain. The pay is mediocre at best, except for a select few. And benefits are sub-par, with very little vacation time, accrued sick leave/PTO. This is a good stepping stone, but not a good long-term prospect."

"These are nice people to work with, but there was no effort to take advantage of my skills. It was literally weeks until I had access to technical documentation such as schematics and PCB layouts, for example (even then, I had to "beg")."
