"I was employed just over one year ago with Quakewrap not knowing the all the Engineers had quit due to lack of management control. Immediately I obtained QuackeWrap Certification and began creating Preliminary plans for Sales and the estimating department which later projects where signed and Approved Plans were then produced with reviewing agencies for multi-million dollar jobs. Recently I realized there was no way to move up within the company. I am thankful for the challenge to pick this company in a time of need. I see you add and I can see a great long term challenge."
