"Unfortunately, as well as the pay it requires a lot of overtime for the hourly workers which go unappreciated. Hourly people have to watch out for lower-level management because they are out to make a name for themselves by being the person who is a disciplinarian. Many of the lower-level management do not have much experience and are unwilling to accept the advice of those who have been there for decades. Just know if you work there to watch your back! people are also afraid to stand up for what's right for fear of retaliation!"
