"The environment was often to isolated and quiet. Being promoted meant becoming a systems manager rather than a more advanced programmer. I don't have interest in managing, but in being a creative programmer."

"I would suggest having employees work together more rather than be isolated."

"I had access to a test server where I could write programs and learn. I had control of the temperature of the room in which I worked. I was able to incorporate my talents into the job and accelerate my learning. My coworkers were great people and dedicated workers. Our superiors recognized our dedication."
