"The enviroment. Everyone there is energetic, friendly, and easy to talk to if the need be. They will also help you if you are having a problem with work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The only thing I would say is remember they people on the phone are not mad at you but they don't want to be called my telemarketers. Don't take anything personal."

What don't you like about working at Quad Inc?

"I would not say that I don't like it but having to give two rebuttals. I understand why they have us do it but there has been times that people have said that they are having a hard time paying bills or meeting their mortgage and tell us no that they do not was to look the insurance offer over because they can't afford it but the clients want us to still try and have them look it over. It makes it hard to push the last rebuttal because they get which ever program from so many days but it might be taken out of their account."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. The management is great. They really work with you on so many different levels."
