"Work hard to solve problems as a team. However many departments do not work well together"

"be prepared to bounce around. there are opportunities but you have to be connected to a VP"

What don't you like about working at Quad/Graphics?

"Internally our systems are completely inneficient, some departments do not work well at all together, and we often fall short of customer expextations in production."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Most sales representatives don't know how to work internal systems and are completely dependent upon SSRs. They don't know where to go or who to ask internally."

"Just to be yourself and show an enthusiasm for the company, as well as doing your research on the company history."

What don't you like about working at Quad/Graphics?

"The worry that the print industry is not what it used to be because of the digital world."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think that they should have quarterly reviews so that we can hear that we are doing a good job. Of course, we know that but it's good to hear from upper management once in a while and not just on an annual basis at review time."
