"No growth, no control but high expectations. The very definition of a high stress position"

"My main suggestion to management is to keep employees who are working on contracts in the field to keep them abreast of programs initiated at the corporate level."

"Be on top of them, and specially when in-processing, since instructions are not clear and concise."

"Management was a very deep communications deficiency. Getting a return call, or promised information delivered take an enormous amount of effort."
