"I have been a software engineer at QED Financial Systems, Inc for about 6 years. I was initially hired being told my job responsibilities would be one thing but they were instantly changed the day I started. The owner of the company is strong-willed and does not readily accept new concepts, especially related to software he has developed. I believe that the company needs more process put into place to help improve the quality of the software they produce."
