"Great people and energy. There was a clear team work atmosphere and work was enjoyable."

"No tips will help-it is too late."

What don't you like about working at OptiSolar?

"Their lack of a robust business case and some of the directions were highly questionable (like building the first soalr farm in upper CANADA and constructing in the winter in 2 feet of mud!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make a plan for success by performing feasibility studies and alternatives before moving forward. Example-Before deciding to expand 37 production lines with only two start up line-Perhaps adding 3 to 5 more is more rational."
