What don't you like about working at Aker Solutions?
"Unfortunately, at the time, my employment was cut short back in 1996 due to the end of the project; and since there was no work projected, I had to look elsewhere for employment and was forced to terminate my stay at Kvaerner Process."

"The bonuses are awsome. Seriously you will not work anywhere else where you get this kind of quarterly bonus."
What do you like about working at Texas Steel Conversion?
"The overtime is great and usually always there. QC department usually works 72 hours a week, but sometimes as much as 90. Bonus plan is awsome!!!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The plant manager is a straight shooter and great person to work for. If you can handle the hours, this is the place to be. Don't be discouraged by a low hourly rate, theres quick advancement and many people average between 60k to 75k a year with no college."

"I have none really. The upper managment really does a great job of advancing people and all production lines are extremely well planned out."
