"Avaya is a company in extreme transition. In the last couple of years, they have been taken private again and have been having trouble being profitable. They are largely in their own way."

What do you like about working at Avaya?

"I liked my teams, and I liked the technologies I was able to work with."

What don't you like about working at Avaya?

"Their infrastructure and processes are impediments to their success, both internally and with their customers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Simplify process, gain data networking engineering talent, and simplify and clean up the code base in their flagship product. (Communication Manager)"
