"Be professional, prepare for a high rate turn over, but have the capability of having high financial opportunity."

"Lack of advancement & the unprofessionalism with some of the management."

"Team work & treat employees equally & professional at all times."
What do you like about working at Defense Contract Management Agency?
"I have a great deal of satisfactoin knowing that I am making a differnce for the Warfighters and all of the Military Branches. Its a challenging job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"none at this time I will say though that it is a rewarding Job."
What don't you like about working at Defense Contract Management Agency?
"There is a large amount of Paperwork involved that sometimes seems like it prevents me from doing my job which is out on the plant ensuring that product is being built according to the specs and contracts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Streamline the paperwork requirements make it more automated so that more time can be spent in the field were production is being performed.."

"A good review but you have to take into account that the military has to be rated on different standards."

"I like the amount of training provided and variety of equipment that I work on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To lead by example. Make planning a priority and know the people who work under you."
