"Intially Napster was great to work for, but they got new management and things changed."

"I enjoyed the atmosphere and colleagues. I learned a lot from colleagues and clients. I believe this cemented my career as a QA consultant and Customer Support person."

"Be Honest and know what you are going to be doing if you are hired. They find a way of adding task to your plate."
What don't you like about working at Napster?
"The hours kind of got long with all the updates we were having to push out all the time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the little people. We speak to the clients everyday and they have some really good suggestions to make the product better."

"Mix of products and projects that I worked on were very interesting. Non-engineering and support personnel were very nice to work with."

"Ask a lot of questions about the management style there. Make sure you are comfortable working in an engineering-dominated environment."

"Management was very extremely engineering-oriented and not very knowledgeable about quality systems. They need a better balance between quality objectives and business objectives."

"Recognize that all employees play a role in the success of the organization, not just the engineers."

"I liked evaluating the interviewers after I had tapped into their phone and computer screens to ensure they were meeting or exceeding quality control measures."

"You have to be able to deal with unruly people who consider you a telemarketer, so don't take any comments from respondents to heart."

"They never gave me the 40 hrs/week I was guaranteed in the interview."
