Only hate about the position is that our office was in basement which doesn't have any windows, so have no clue what the weather is like outside. Other than that there isn't anything I hate about being Quality Assurance Analyst."

"I love that sometimes I get to write python or javascript code. I dislike having to focus only on automation. Using selenium2Library is a very limited language that does not feel natural. It requires many work arounds that common languages do not require."

"I do not know what I don't like, maybe I should say I don't like its geology position."

"Get to know your fellow employees, as you can have fun and work at the same time."

"I did not have much interaction with many coworkers that were not in the cubicles adjacent to me."
What do you like about working at MeLLmo?
"The culture and people. it also doesnt hirt that the company is accross the street from the beach and I could walk over to have my lunch on the sand."

"The best advise I think I can give anyone that is interviewing for this company is to lean how to surf because the beach is right acress the street and the CEO is ok with emlployees takinga surf break when the tide is good."
What don't you like about working at MeLLmo?
"As an intern I am only allowed to work 30hr a week and have no benefits. I also dont like the commute from La Mesa to Solana Beach everyday."

"I dont have any suggestions, The managemnet team was very helpful"

"It was a great place for a college intern - they were organized, used textbook development methodologies, and keep a fast but manageable pace."

"Show you're knowledgeable in Microsoft technology and standard industry development methods. Then again, I was just an intern."
What don't you like about working at Ista North America?
"Things seemed a little lackadaisical from within IT. There was a vision, but I didn't feel any passionate drive towards it from those around me."

"Make things more exciting! It was relaxing, but I felt no drive."

"Ask TONS of questions especially if you are brought in on a Keystone Intern position"

"The fact that supervisors degrade their employees and do not provide them with any help or assistance"

"Find people who are actually capapble. Do not just check the boxes for equal opportunity or anything else. Just because a person knows a person does not mean they should qualify for management"
