"It is a good company for the people who are staring a career and learn to multitasking for a period of time, but not for career."

What don't you like about working at Ultra Electronics?

"Leadership does not reinvest in the company resources. projects in south are are not fully completed and the projects in north are taken on causing a viscous circle that is impossible to complete."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reinvest in the resources; human and technology. President is part of the sales group and hardly ever present on site; 100 % delegation does not work."

"Know your stuff! Don't put any skills or technologies on your resume that you can't talk about or answer questions on. Know our company, its leaders, and our products. Bring your own questions to ask the interviewers."

"I miss the small company startup feel we once had. As we get larger and dominate the market more and more, we also take on that large corporation feel and mindset."

"Keep the benefits where they are at. This is what sets Go Daddy apart from some of the other companies."
