3.9Pyrotek can be a very demanding sale role. Too many admin duties for the sales staff which takes away from territory growth. Budget season is entirely too long, just give the quota number and let us go and try to get it.
Overall it is a good company and the middle/upper management are positive and of good character. If you hit your number like any other sales role you have plenty of autonomy. No commission is a real slight for the sales staff. Responsible for $2M-3M territories and not making 6 figures seem crazy, but they also pay well enough that you have a predictable solid salary that most other companies do not match, but they make up for with more income potential with offering bonuses and commission.
4.1Great company with great values run by a very understanding and knowledgeable CEO. It was a pleasure working there, through the good times and the bad. I was sad to leave for personal reasons but hope to someday work for them in the future.
