"Worked for the company for 3 years now. My reason for wanting to leave is mainly because I know I have no more means to move up within the company. As well as a lack of any formal training, a lot of the time employees are expected to "figure it out". While I was able to do this and thrive, it made things very difficult to make sure everything was done the way the company wanted."
