"Very difficult place to work. They do not provide technical employees with the human resources needed to get big jobs done effectively. Responsibilities for maintaining a huge high traffic websites are given to a single person with no back up or assistance. These core employees are responsible for all new development and maintenance. Due to this nothing gets done effectively. Priorities shift with the wind on any given day. They have a good mission but they need more tech staff."
