"I worked full time remote, in a temporary cramped living situation while a house was built. Bad idea! That colors my impression of my working environment. Good products and customer service, but ambitious in new product development. Very much a practical get-it-done environment but alas, I am an R&D guy. They need more hard-core applications developers. Small enough that everyone talks with everyone. Several people worked remotely already before the coronavirus. Now everyone not directly working on hardware is remote. Good support from others by Skype while working on source code - when others are available."
