"It is too much tactical and not enough strategic. The buyers and managers are not working as a cohesive team. I do like the stability and steadiness of the business. It provides long term security however I cant simply go to work each day and collect a paycheck. I think they are very heavily overstaffed for the work."

"Not a very progressive company. Owned by British holding company and guided by manufacturer out of the Midwest. Lots of competition."

"Aged equipment support. Parts obsolete. Dirty environment. Market economics were down."
