"They went out of business, it was a great company unfortunatelly they no longer alive"

"kind of slowpeace enviroment and I was looking for a fastpeace enviroment to show my talent"

"They went out of business, I would suggest something but I think is kind late"

"Prior to the buyout, the people were committed, loyal and fantastic, which lead to loyalty."

"Start paying your employees for the time they put in instead of being on salary."

"be open listen with your third ear the Japanese dont give orders they give suggestions but follow them like orders"

"dont let American managers run away with the show. Americans are not as polite and I hate to say honest as the Japanese. Trust but verify"

What do you like about working at Atkinson Construction?
"big talk about up coming jobs no follow through, Resistance to change even when shown demonstrable savings for same material and services. I have an excellent rapport with my venders but they all understand 90% is driven by bottom line. I do not shop quotes I want your best number upfront"

What do you like about working at ARAMARK?
"I did not work at Aramark Food Services, I worked in the Business Industry Division (B&I) of Aramark, where they provide professonal people to industry, I was a contract facilities engineer/manager at a Ford Motor Co. owned Facility."

"Know the product, know your customer base and know your people, treat them fairly and your operation will be successful."
What do you like about working at AVI-SPL?
"I loved the people I worked with, I worked there for many years and made friends in the industry, vendors clients and the atmosphere was laid back and comfortable."

"I enjoyed working with all the people both in the work place and out of the work place. Our vendors were great people to work with and my superiors were great to for for."

"There honestely wasn't anything I didn't like, it was a very bad and sad day when I was let go due to downsizing!"

"I enjoyed management at AIC due to the fact they didn't micro-manage. They trusted us enough to do our jobs and to do them well without looking over our shoulders."

"need to be more proffesional in their approach to the employees"
What do you like about working at Label-Aire?
"I was given a lot of responsibilty when it came to the purchasing decisions. Once I really embraced the position, I was allowed to create my own process for the day to day procedures. It was a small company and I was able to work very closely with all of the staff and established a respected position in the company."
What don't you like about working at Label-Aire?
"I was hired as a shert term temp that was supposed to hire me after 6 months. After 18 months they were still unable to open the permanent position. I hated to leave, honestly, but I needed medical benefits."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. I thoroughly enjoyed my term of employ here."

"Their benefits suck!"
