"AT FIRST TOO MANY BACK STABBERS. THIS WAS CORRECTED BY SITTING DOWN WITH CO-WORKER AND HAVING A SERIES TALK THAT WE ALL WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE GOALS,"

"NONE...THEY KNOW WHEN TO ASSIGN PROJECTS TO CAPIABLE PEOPLE AND WHEN EVEN TO START OFF THE NOT SO SURE ONES AND MAKE THEM GAIN THERE CONFIDENCE."

"Busy pace and challenging planning due to customer cries of immediacy and a stressed purchasing department."

"Show yourself as being energetic and willing to take a pie in your face occasionally. It's a high pressure place to work."
What don't you like about working at Ultra Clean Technology?
"Location. Situated right beside the San Francisco Airport, its South San Francisco address is a hindrance due to lack of storm drain cleaning and general city upkeep. My car was totalled due to the storm drains being blocked during a heavy rain storm. The water rose up and into my car. It doesn't say much about Saturn's door seals, however."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to remember to breathe. I'm sure the pressure is heavy for this turn-key manufacturing plant, but employees need to see a calmer, supportive face on management."
