"Young, fast-paced, collaborative, challenging with good intent, Punchh doubled in size and revenue year over year and continued to grow exponentially during my time there in early 2019. With the enormous growth, there have been growing pains, but the data-driven culture is burgeoning. The company is on a mission where strategies have been laid out but to get there requires a relentless focus on execution, and therein presents the greatest challenge managing time with a book of clients and training new hires that come on board daily across the Customer Success team.
