"Micromanagement, unqualified and marginally competent supervisors, disparity in treatment, unfair treatment of veterans, taking vacation for continued education although it is the education field, never having ideas taken seriously, theft of work, etc."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management needs to restaff several of the supervisor jobs with better qualified people."

"I liked the atmosphere and how easy the job was."

"Well I only worked as a work study student. It seems they treat normal employees well enough, but work study there is hit or miss."

"My boss was an overbearing prick that I wanted to stab with a butcher knife."

"I wouldn't try and micro manage every little thing my employees did."
