Behavior advocate

"I have worked for this company for the last 9 months in which time I started as a substitute teacher. I was supported by my direct supervisor however some of the schools that I substituted at were not very friendly or supportive. However since becoming the Behavioral advocate for Irving I have been supported and even had my opinion sought after. It is encouraging and positive. I enjoy the environment, because it encourages personal as well as professional growth in the company."
