"I become close friends with my team and we had difficult deadlines that were a challenge to meet, but our stong work ethic allowed us to come together and succeed."

"Be open about your weaknesses. Every new position has a learning curve. In order to fit in a new position you have to learn from your weaknesses and make them your strengths."
