"As long as you can get an interview you're fine. A large portion of the time, however, it seems to be more about who you know than what you know."
What don't you like about working at Penn State University?
"There is a close-minded, stuck-in-the-past attitude throughout a large portion of the University. The culture on the faculty/staff side of things is very political and petty."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would actually lead the University in the manner that it should be led. I wouldn't cave to public/media outcries or opinion. I would stand up for and defend the University for the wonderful place it is."
