"There are a lot of people that work at Pacific States that have been there for more than 35 years. That says a lot about a company in todays high turnover rate."

What don't you like about working at PSCIPCO?

"The hierarchy between the subsidiaries and corporate involves a lot of politics. There is a lack of communication that makes working there in a technology role frustrating."

"Open the lines of communication between the corporate offices and the divisions to avoid uneasiness and lack of job security."
