Providence St Joseph Health Employee

"From 2015 to Aug 2018: I was hired as a Full Time from due to my experience and performance after 6 months , when I joined ST Joseph Hospital. My manager was from 2015 to March 2018 . During these years, my performance was good and I have the documents to prove the Performance reviews. He was my manager that I had been working when St Joseph was acquired by Providence. From the day one, he started behaving strangely, because of my race and color he did not like me. (I strongly felt that way back then) According to my perception and wanted me removed from the project.) He could not find issues reading my Technical skills so few months passed, but during the months he started micro-managing, he was angry if even I had to go to the Doc. He found ways to ways to discredit my work and tried and treated me badly in front of the others during the meetings. I had a travel plan in Aug and I had sent couple of email and verbal communication. Then during Dec he approved a leave. It appeared to me that due to his bad Project management skills, he did not plan any backup. Then during the leave, I extended it more medical and urgent family reasons. Just I had extended for 10 working days. When I came back, he already prepared the process to coerce me, abuse me mentally in 1:1 meetings and finally be happy to terminate me April 2019."
