"I've worked for Proven Recruiting for a little over eight months. It's a boutique recruiting firm with about 50 people and three offices in LA, San Diego, and Dallas. The San Diego office is by far the most established, while LA and Dallas have more of a startup feel. The training and mentorship I've received at Proven Recruiting have been great. There is a real sense of camaraderie, and people genuinely want to see each other succeed. The one knock against Proven Recruiting is that our ATS system and our candidate data is mediocre at best, which can hinder our ability to deliver relative to our competition."
