"I’ve been at Proven since October 2018, overall the company has very poor work culture. They favor men over women and treat women unfairly. My supervisor is great and I have a wonderful relationship with him but when it comes to top management they are not willing to compensate women the same way they compensate men. They do not care about their employees."
