3.6Extremely poor mechanical engineering management. The mechanical management has no engineering sense and experience. One example is that they discourage engineers to put dimensions on any mechanical drawing. Instead, they ask to use CAD as a master. However, the CAD files are so poorly managed that 90% of the CAD files are undefined and are dumb CAD (meaning just 3D surface that cannot find details).
2.2It is a company that has potential but it stunted by its own resistance to improvement as a company. Management needs training in the leadership role and their should be training for onboard personnel for their safety and the integrity of the company.
