"Oversee daily operations of 14-person Inbound and 25-person Outbound Call Center groups including employee training, development and performance management. Establish processes, scripts, and systems to support operations. Lead outbound team to call on small industrial distributors including existing accounts and new account prospects. Ensure the inbound team provides excellent customer service in the most efficient manner possible handling average 3,100 calls per month. Adjust group plans, processes and staff as needed to continuously achieve ambitious sales and customer satisfaction targets."
