"Pros: They find a good sub-contracting company to win the government contract. Cons: Some of the first words out of the owner's mouth were... "were making hardly any money off this contract, so..." This meant that they cut most people's pay and even reduced staff (when they assumed the old contract). I worked onsite for over 6 years when ProSphere won the contract. It was all downhill from there. Advice to Management: Really listen and treat your people with more dignity and value."
