"They cut lead distribution's pay and bonuses while I was working there while increasing our workload. They completely disregarded our needs, I would absolutely not recommend this company as an employer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It was clear that you favored sales over any administrative positions. Working with your company was a terrible experience, and despite the fact that I was there for a year and my supervisor asked me to stay, I will never work for your company again."
