"It's pretty easy to get hired. If you like a relaxing work environment where the environment is a park...! Well then enjoy it all. Because it's really nice to make a difference."

What don't you like about working at Prospect Park Alliance?

"Management at the time I was there kinda sucked. Organizational structure was too bizarre."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change your structure and don't have to many VP's. The value of the title is diminished by using it this way. Org structure is too flat."
