"I was underpaid for the amount and quality of work I did for WPM. Because I graduated in March 2020, there were very few options for me- I moved back to Boise after being in LA/Orange County for ten years. On my first day at WPM, I was showing vacant rentals to prospective tenants, collecting and depositing large sums of money to various banks, and communicating with contractors and property owners. Though I was paid a mere $15 per hour, I was happy to have my first job after graduating and to learn more about real estate in Boise."
